COACHING PROGRAM

About Coach

Coaching is a useful way of developing people's skills and abilities, and of boosting performance.

It's understandable that you might think mentoring and coaching is similar or even the same thing. But they're not.

Here are some differentiators that we think are important, and you need to understand before to choose our program.

  • While Mentoring is relationship oriented,  Coaching is task oriented. Our goal is that you get your PMP® certification.

  • Mentoring is always long term. Mentoring, to be successful, requires time in which both partners can learn about one another and build a climate of trust that creates an environment in which the mentoree can feel secure in sharing the real issues that impact his or her success. Successful mentoring relationships last nine months to a year. Do you plan to waste your time and money during a lot of time , one year to get your PMP® certification? Then, please don't contact us!

  • Coaching is short term. We'll involve with you for a short period of time, maybe even just a few sessions. The coaching lasts for as long as is needed, but we don't want that your certification process will be long, painful, boring and expensive. So, go ahead, contact us

About our  Coach Sessions

We are not counselors, psychotherapists, gurus, teachers, trainers, or consultants – although we may use some of the same skills and tools.

If you want to learn only what you need to know without wasting any your time, coached learning may be right for you. We will analyze (for free) your skills and availability before the program will start, and customize a learning path to fill in any weak areas.

A coaching session will typically take place as a conversation, and it focuses on helping you to discover answers for yourselves. This will be the easy way that you'll be completely prepared to get your Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential.

There's no Judgment or Fixed Agenda, but we should have an agreed goal for each session.

After your customized learning path, you can choose between following options:

- Virtual coaching. We'll keep in touch using tools as skype, facetime, mail and other to keep track your progress in your correct preparation to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential. Recommended duration 30 minutes.

- One-to-one coaching. We adapt to your needs , we can provide several weekly or biweekly sessions . Our recommendation is at least one session a week , to set your tasks and goals,  so that you 're ready for testing as soon as possible. Recommended  duration 45 min.

- Group coaching. Simply put, group coaching is coaching in a group you will not only be prepared for the (PMP)® credential also you will improve your interpersonal support skills (as listening, coaching, questioning, and feedback) and your networking contacts. Duration 60 min.

Nowadays our one-to-one or group coaching sessions are only in Salt Lake City County, Utah, but if you are interested in another location, don't hesitate to contact us in order to get a quote.
